Yoga for a Better Back
Yoga is a gentle form of exercise designed to increase the flexibility of muscles and joints. This program is designed for people of any age and fitness level who want to improve balance, coordination and spine health. Yoga ensures proper functioning of joints, minimizing wear and tear. It also balances your body’s structure so that you can protect against stress and strain injuries caused by poor posture. Classes are therapeutic with assists and passive stretches that teach participants how to properly stretch without injury. Private Yoga therapy sessions can be scheduled with Dr. Ashleigh Muse, a certified yoga instructor.
Chiropractic Wellness Clinic is a proud partner of Yoga at Tiffany’s – Oklahoma City’s premier yoga studio. Yoga is offered at Chiropractic Wellness Monday through Sunday. Classes offered to the public are Level 1 (beginner), Level 2, *Hot Yoga Flow, *Hot Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow, and Core Yoga.
*Since Hot Yoga classes are advanced yoga classes, it is recommended that you have one month of Level 1 yoga or private yoga lessons before taking any Hot Yoga Classes.
